About Peter Bowman

Peter C. Bowman is passionate about helping those in need and standing up for the injured. His drive comes from first-hand experience. One of Peter’s closest friends was killed by a drunk driver, and shortly thereafter his father sustained a serious injury during a workplace accident. Peter watched how insurance companies employed tactics to delay or deny needed payments to his father and his friend’s family. Peter was not surprised. He had spent most of his career up until then representing insurance companies and defendants accused of injuring others. But after witnessing the hardship and strain that these companies brought to his family and friends, Peter decided to take action.

Attorney Bowman has lived in Connecticut his entire life. He received his B.A. in English and International Politics at Catholic University of America. He attended law school at Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate. After graduating from law school, Bowman went on to serve as Judicial Clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court, District of Waterbury.

Peter is an active member of the community, spending his time outside of his legal work raising his four children with his wife Melissa. He is also an active member of his church, St. James Episcopal in West Hartford. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in Connecticut, as well as New York State Court.
