Born and raised in Upstate New York, Michael attended Harvard University (B.A.), honing in on his leadership qualities as a student. Following his time in Boston, he earned his juris doctor degree from the Syracuse University College of Law (J.D.). From there, Michael served our country with four years on active duty in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He completed rigorous Airborne Training School at Ft. Benning, Georgia, where he sharpened his trial skills as both a criminal prosecutor and criminal defense attorney.
Michael currently devotes his entire law practice to the representation of injured individuals and their families in cases involving truck accidents and motorcycle crashes, medical malpractice, product liability, and other categories of catastrophic personal injury. In pursuit of the best possible results for his clients, Michael has secured millions of dollars in judgments and settlements. To achieve these outstanding results, Michael relies upon the guiding principles of hard work and integrity.
Michael is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, in addition to various charities. In his role at ConsumerSafety.org, Michael writes legal content on topics such as medical malpractice, product liability, and other varieties of personal injury that impact the lives of consumers on a daily basis.
