Sydney has a background in English, psychology, and the biological sciences giving her the ability to understand legal and safety issues affecting consumers from a holistic perspective. From 2016-2019, Sydney focused on researching the latest safety and legal news for ConsumerSafety.org. Sydney has been cited in publications such as Healthline, Reader’s Digest, Mental Floss, and PopSugar, among others. She holds a BA in English Literature from Coastal Carolina University, and she has received certification in CDC Health Literacy for Public Health Professionals.
